Unlimited Calls to Italy with Voiply Unlimited

Its a plug and play set up but I ran into some issues but Voiply's customer service is easy to access and they worked fast and hard to get me up and running. I kept my landline number because my mom doesn't know how to use a cellphone. But landline was costing me to much to keep. So found Voiply for home and its a great bargain. All I needed was my internet connection the Voiply dongle and my mom's cordless phone. Whats even cooler is we have voice mail and I get notifications on my cellphone when we have messages.

I transferred to Voiply services on October 6, 2025, and regret not doing this sooner. I cannot tell any difference in the quality of the voice, communication, and services compared to the previous provider I had, all this at a fraction of the cost. Highly recommended.

I have had Voiplyservice for almost 2 years. I’ve had a few minor problems with them but they all have been resolved within an hour. All technicians are helpful, polite and very knowledgeable.

Joined Voiply because I want to be able to use the app when traveling Internationally. The service was easy to use . Just dial the number in the app and you had a very clear connection to person you were calling. Since I am not traveling i did not need this connection. Their customer service is much better than 95% off other companies.

I love the ease of purchase, the online dashboard is transparent about services and features, the customer service has always been topnotch, and you can't beat the price! I have the landline phone for my kids too young for cell phones and it's an added safety feature should I need to call 911 as the number is tied to my physical address. Worth every penny!

The first time I needed customer service and reached out to them, they were there for me. Very professional, courteous and determined to resolve my issue(s). Timely responses and great follow through. They have since fixed the problem on their end (not all problems are Voiply's fault). And all this for an incredible, low monthly fee. I signed up for Voiply's Park Your Number service, as I no longer needed a home landline and found myself inundated with spam calls that were constantly disrupting me when I was working from home. I really wanted to keep my phone number as it I have had it for decades and there is no way I could remember all of the places that I have listed it as my main contact number, so this was a great solution to not severe that history but still provide me a break from these incessant solicitation calls... Now I am able to get email notifications when people leave messages so I can easily review them when it is convenient for me. I can also log in to my Voiply account and review a full log of calls, see which ones left or didn't leave messages. It is a joy to see the tally of calls (most of which were of no interest to me!) and to appreciate the amount of disruptions that have now been avoided. That alone is worth the very small price for the service. I only wish I had found out about this sooner. Bravo Voiply, bravo!

Amazing customer service! I have to say, the communication from this company is stellar; they were very proactive; sending emails with order status updates, sending literature before I received the adapter, so that I could familiarize myself and be ready to install when it arrived. Unfortunately I don't have a compatible modem/router. (Most are compatible and can be tweaked, but I happened to have the one that wasn't.) Their tech support was brilliant, offering a couple of solutions, but I ended up returning the adapter. The customer service reps were very helpful with the return process as well. I will definitely reorder from Voiply when we're ready to get a compatible modem.

Voiply people and even their BOT have been very helpful. I've had the phone equipment since March 2025 but I hadn't tried to set it up until tonight. I had to wait to get a call back, but once the call came through, a wonderful agent named Blest helped me understand how to complete the process. Thank you!
