Unlimited Calls to Mexico with Voiply Unlimited

Due to my absence for 5 months, I had discontinued my internet service with another provider. To my surprise, voicemail was still working during this time and I was immediately notified via email whenever a call came in. The messages that were left showed up in detail which I appreciated. Upon reactivation of the modem for internet with that other provider, I had an issue with the phone connection. I contacted Voiply which fixed the problem within a relatively short time. I am very satisfied with the service that I received.

I am impressed with VOIPLY so far, particularly with their support of a novice like me in porting my old cellphone number into our VOIP service. I gather some people at Voiply wear several hats, which is typical in a startup company. I hope Voiply can latch onto some other useful services to help grow the organization.

Signup and porting my old number was simple and went flawlessly. Porting process also cancelled my old service so I didn't have to. Adapter arrived in about a week and connecting it to WiFi modem was quick and simple. My phone connected in just a couple minutes. Has worked flawlessly. Sound quality is excellent.

I switched carriers but wanted to keep a "stand-alone" phone. Voiply sent me the hardware, and as soon as I plugged it in my "landline" phone started working. I didn't even have to call my old carrier and get a Transfer PIN. Voiply was so easy to install and set up.

This was the easiest transition of a phone service ever! Everything transferred right on time, received the voiply box within days, plugged it in and done! No more monthly bill from a phone company. I wish I would have known about this service years ago.

I had an issue with my Caller ID and contacted Voiply Customer Service phone number. To my surprise, the wait time was less than a minute and the customer service rep understood my concern. The customer service rep contacted the help desk support team and my issue was fixed. I received a call back from the customer service rep to verify the problem was corrected.

If you’re getting your current number ported over, and after you connected the color coded wires, only 3 no big deal and you try to make a call and can’t don’t panic and think you made a mistake by switching don’t, it only takes a few days to get it running and what’s cool it rings also on your cell phone. Yes, we still have a landline telephone. Voiply has been an excellent provider for years. The system works smoothly, including voicemail. If I ever have a question they respond very quickly. I always feel that I am chatting with a real person, not some AI-generated bot. The price is very reasonable and I recommend them highly.

Voiply provides excellent service with customer service that wowed me from the start. I had to move my phone away from landline and Voiply was the only service that had clear instructions and reasonable costs. Then I needed to clarify some questions, so I called and I was able to speak to a real person who understood what was going on, saved me money on the plan, and was friendly and knowledgeable. When it came time to port the number, I had clear updates and I had a date. On the morning of the date, the number switched and I was live. It was so smooth, it was like nothing even changed.
