Customer service helped quite efficiently during sign up. When I receive the equipment and hook it up, I should know more. I know someone who has it and says it's great.

Voiply includes simple step-by-step instructions that get you up and running in under 15 minutes. The amount of time depends on how long it takes you to read and follow the steps. 1. Connect the color coded Ethernet Cable 2. Connect you Telephone Cord 3. Connect the Power Supply 4. Let the Adapter configure itself 5. Make and receive phone calls I was literally less than five minutes from the time I completed connecting the cables until I made my first phone call. There are very few home electronics that are easier to set up and use. The online customer portal is easy to access, provides appropriate tabs, and straight forward use. Very happy with my new home phone setup.

I went through a handful of VoiP providers. They had the easiest website to maneuver. I recommend Voiply highly. Quick setup and it worked flawlessly in less than a few minutes.

Switching to Voiply is saving me $110/mo. I should have done this years ago. The business landline price has gone up steadily over the years until they have discontinued the service. Had I known of all the forwarding, voicemail and other benefits of Voiply I would've switched long ago.

We recently switched our business landline to Voiply and had some issues after the porting process was complete. I contacted customer service, and they were able to resolve the issue quickly and get us up and running. The additional features provided by Voiply over a traditional landline phone are wonderful.

As a first time user I had some changes with installation, even though it was simple. But voiply was there for me 24/7 to sort out every challenge that I experienced. I have used it for a while now and have not experience any issues with the in and out call quality. This is highly recommended.

All I can say is it was SEAMLESS! I had no idea this service even existed until my son shared it with me.
