As the Co-founder and President of Voiply, I am a driving force in delivering exceptional communication solutions to our 25k customers. Beyond work, I am passionate about cooking and spending quality time with my son.

An important lesson I have learned is the value of honesty to oneself and others. I find Isaac Asimov's books, particularly "The Foundation" series, to be thought-provoking as they discuss the role of humanity in the future.

At Voiply, I am able to bring out my most creative side by developing marketing initiatives and new features for customers. While facing difficult challenges at work, I try to ensure those around me have the support they need. My favorite aspect of my role is working with the amazing employees at Voiply. Balancing work with my family and social commitments can be challenging, but I make time for everything.

Outside of work, I am passionate about new Chat AI bots and how they can improve our daily routines. Staying motivated and inspired is about starting every day with a positive attitude.

To someone new in a similar role at Voiply, I would say it's important to learn a variety of skills and to be patient when managing teams. My unique experience in growing a business while managing costs allows me to offer valuable expertise.

Mentors such as Bono, Steve Jobs, Warren Buffet, and Sheryl Sandberg have had an impact on my professional development. Creating our new Voiply Online platform was a meaningful project for me, and to stay up-to-date, I am always learning about new technologies and trends.

Growing up, I dreamed of being an archaeologist, and while my career path has taken a different turn, I still appreciate the value of uncovering and discovering new insights.

I switched my ATT to Voiply home phone service 2 weeks ago, and am extremely happy with the decision. Voiply not only kept me informed of the progress of equipments shipment, porting updat, and provided step by step installation instructions, they also responded to my questions, by phone, email, and chat, promptly with clarity. I am able to enjoy all the services, including incoming and outgoing caller ID, fax services, etc. that I had with ATT before the switch. I waited for two weeks to make sure the services run smoothly before I posted my opinion about voiply and I can say that I am extremely happy with the results.

I have used Voiply for several years. Excellent company and incredible customer service. Great value. I especially like that it keeps a log of my calls and love the fax feature. I was able to keep my phone & fax number. Very happy with this service. Thank you!!!

We realized our house phone was not working and I e-mailed Voiply. They replied promptly, created a ticket # for us and began work on their end. Seems our adapter was off line so they gave me instructions on what to do. I followed their directions and we were back in service. Nice and easy--thank you.

Voiply does have an A+ BBB rating. Just set it all up, was some issues with getting started, but contacted them. Initial communication was easily done through what seemed to be AI generated. Info was sent to a technician who fixed all my issues within the hour. I did not have to stay on the phone while the tech was doing their fix. Once everything was working, the tech sent me an email of his work and asked if all was good. I was able to reply, which is usually not an option to other businesses. Voiply seems to work great. Many features to learn along the way. I hope this will be a long friendship for us. I 100% would recommend this to everyone. The price is right. Just be patient for the initial set up, they are there to help, even with transferring your phone number for free, which many businesses are charging you for.

Great Customer Service with immediate responses to register my adapter. I would recommend their telephone service just for their customer service. The Sound is very clear on the initial phone calls I did make, and I am very satisfied with the Set-up process, the convenient app, and their easy to use customer portal.

I recently became a voiply customer. The initial set up was simple. However I had a hard time receiving calls. I call the help desk. The first tech had some problems, but put in a help ticket. I received an email from the second tech. They had no problem fixing my issue. The phone now works as it should.

We recently switched our business landline to Voiply and had some issues after the porting process was complete. I contacted customer service, and they were able to resolve the issue quickly and get us up and running. The additional features provided by Voiply over a traditional landline phone are wonderful.
