Just got set up with Voiply. I had a couple of issues while setting up the system but the customer service team worked very quickly to resolve all of the issues. I would recommend.

I am happy to have found Voiply to park my phone number for a very low cost. I had lots of questions and made changes to my services several times. Throughout this, I had multiple interactions with customer service. The online chat bot was unable to answer all of my questions, but the humans I chatted with immediately understood and addressed my questions and then quickly processed my requests. Great customer service, especially for the price.

I switched carriers but wanted to keep a "stand-alone" phone. Voiply sent me the hardware, and as soon as I plugged it in my "landline" phone started working. I didn't even have to call my old carrier and get a Transfer PIN. Voiply was so easy to install and set up.

I've been a Voiply customer for a while now, and I couldn't be happier! From the get-go, their customer service has been absolutely fantastic. Any questions I've had have been answered quickly and thoroughly, and they've always gone above and beyond to help. Beyond the excellent support, their pricing is incredibly competitive – I'm getting a ton of value for my money. And honestly, the mobile app is a game-changer. It's super easy to navigate and incredibly convenient for managing my calls and settings on the go. Dealing with Voiply was quite refreshing. Their customer service team, including AI, was fast and helpful. The equipment needed to use Voiply arrived the next day. After installing it, I sent a note saying that it had arrived and received a confirmation back promptly. My husband and I are impressed with Voiply and only wish that we had found them sooner!

Voiply does have an A+ BBB rating. Just set it all up, was some issues with getting started, but contacted them. Initial communication was easily done through what seemed to be AI generated. Info was sent to a technician who fixed all my issues within the hour. I did not have to stay on the phone while the tech was doing their fix. Once everything was working, the tech sent me an email of his work and asked if all was good. I was able to reply, which is usually not an option to other businesses. Voiply seems to work great. Many features to learn along the way. I hope this will be a long friendship for us. I 100% would recommend this to everyone. The price is right. Just be patient for the initial set up, they are there to help, even with transferring your phone number for free, which many businesses are charging you for.

I have used Voiply for several years. Excellent company and incredible customer service. Great value. I especially like that it keeps a log of my calls and love the fax feature. I was able to keep my phone & fax number. Very happy with this service. Thank you!!!

The customer service I have experienced as a new user has been fabulous. A quick chat with an AI bot and before I knew it the team was on it and fixed it all quickly.

This was the easiest transition of a phone service ever! Everything transferred right on time, received the voiply box within days, plugged it in and done! No more monthly bill from a phone company. I wish I would have known about this service years ago.
