My tiny meditation center needed a phone number. We had gone over 5 years without a phone, so adding an actual phone seemed to be a waste, and we didn't want to do it. I found Voiply and it serves our needs perfectly. Our phone messages (we don't want a phone that rings anyway) are transcribed into emails that we can monitor later. It's great for us.

We recently switched our business landline to Voiply and had some issues after the porting process was complete. I contacted customer service, and they were able to resolve the issue quickly and get us up and running. The additional features provided by Voiply over a traditional landline phone are wonderful.

I transferred to Voiply services on October 6, 2025, and regret not doing this sooner. I cannot tell any difference in the quality of the voice, communication, and services compared to the previous provider I had, all this at a fraction of the cost. Highly recommended.

This was the easiest transition of a phone service ever! Everything transferred right on time, received the voiply box within days, plugged it in and done! No more monthly bill from a phone company. I wish I would have known about this service years ago.

i decided to replace my land line and purchased a VoIP system from Voiply. I paid for one year and received two months free. This saved me 165.00 over my old plan. I received everything needed in a few days and the installation was simple. I have been using the system for a few weeks now with no issues.Glad i made the change.

I am impressed with VOIPLY so far, particularly with their support of a novice like me in porting my old cellphone number into our VOIP service. I gather some people at Voiply wear several hats, which is typical in a startup company. I hope Voiply can latch onto some other useful services to help grow the organization.

The transaction was simple, and the shipping was quick. (I purchased the home phone option.) It paired with a handheld cordless phone that we had with no problem. I had a question about set up, and although the phone number was not as helpful as I had hoped, the customer service via email was quick and responsive. The line works great! Signup and porting my old number was simple and went flawlessly. Porting process also cancelled my old service so I didn't have to. Adapter arrived in about a week and connecting it to WiFi modem was quick and simple. My phone connected in just a couple minutes. Has worked flawlessly. Sound quality is excellent.

We used Voiply service for many years with trouble free service. When it came time to cancel our service (just don’t use the land line anymore) they made this very simple to do. If we ever need a landline again we will definitely be back!
