I transferred to Voiply services on October 6, 2025, and regret not doing this sooner. I cannot tell any difference in the quality of the voice, communication, and services compared to the previous provider I had, all this at a fraction of the cost. Highly recommended.

Voiply is amazing. I got this for my mom, and she has had it for over a year and a half with very few issues. When we have had to call customer service, they have been very helpful and quick to help with the issue.

I love the ease of purchase, the online dashboard is transparent about services and features, the customer service has always been topnotch, and you can't beat the price! I have the landline phone for my kids too young for cell phones and it's an added safety feature should I need to call 911 as the number is tied to my physical address. Worth every penny!

The customer service I have experienced as a new user has been fabulous. A quick chat with an AI bot and before I knew it the team was on it and fixed it all quickly.

I am happy to have found Voiply to park my phone number for a very low cost. I had lots of questions and made changes to my services several times. Throughout this, I had multiple interactions with customer service. The online chat bot was unable to answer all of my questions, but the humans I chatted with immediately understood and addressed my questions and then quickly processed my requests. Voiply is great. Probably the best telephone VoIP service in the business. All phones are being forced to go Voice over IP. We were with Windstream/ Kinetic/ and whatever company they just merged with. Voiply’s cost and superior customer service kicks the mess out of our previous carrier. Check out the cost and you might just be their next customer.

I had just received my new Voiply phone box. It was easy to install but I couldn't make outgoing calls. I contacted the support department and they worked until they fixed the problem. They stayed in contact via email until they had it resolved. The technician was polite and I really appreciated their communication and followup to make sure it was working on my end.
