All I can say is it was SEAMLESS! I had no idea this service even existed until my son shared it with me. I switched my ATT to Voiply home phone service 2 weeks ago, and am extremely happy with the decision. Voiply not only kept me informed of the progress of equipments shipment, porting updat, and provided step by step installation instructions, they also responded to my questions, by phone, email, and chat, promptly with clarity. I am able to enjoy all the services, including incoming and outgoing caller ID, fax services, etc. that I had with ATT before the switch. I waited for two weeks to make sure the services run smoothly before I posted my opinion about voiply and I can say that I am extremely happy with the results.

We realized our house phone was not working and I e-mailed Voiply. They replied promptly, created a ticket # for us and began work on their end. Seems our adapter was off line so they gave me instructions on what to do. I followed their directions and we were back in service. Nice and easy--thank you.

I had moved from a previous VoIP service provider. I was concerned that the services wouldn't be as "good". I'm supper happy that I was wrong. Service has been very good, Support is have very helpful and feature and updates of the service are still coming. With other provider that I have 15 years. Nothing changed price keep going up. I'm so glad I made the change.
