I recently became a voiply customer. The initial set up was simple. However I had a hard time receiving calls. I call the help desk. The first tech had some problems, but put in a help ticket. I received an email from the second tech. They had no problem fixing my issue. The phone now works as it should.

We have cut the cord with Xfinity’s ever raising prices for over 6 months now by using Voiply phone system. It was VERY easy to set up and works fine. We had an issue with not showing caller ID after 6 months and it was resolved within a day. I will definitely continue to extend our membership beyond the 1 year that we initially signed up.

Adapter arrived in about a week and connecting it to WiFi modem was quick and simple. My phone connected in just a couple minutes. Has worked flawlessly. Sound quality is excellent.

The switch to Voiply was seamless, fast, and easy. Voiply notified our previous carrier and notified us when the phone number was switched. The start up was amazingly simple and easy. We have two phone hubs on our home phone system, with a total of eight satellite phones. The sound clarity is excellent on all eight, and the system is working flawlessly.
