We have cut the cord with Xfinity’s ever raising prices for over 6 months now by using Voiply phone system. It was VERY easy to set up and works fine. I learned voiply from a chatbot recommendation when looking for a cheap solution to park my old number. the customer support team is very helpful! After port the number over, I originally have difficulty to setup the voicemail and the SMS to Email didn't work. The team followed up with my case responsively. They tried several times and eventually made both work, without me fiddling with the settings I can find on the website. so far everything works as I expected and the SMS to Email super fast once it works! it's like I still using the number on my phone now!

Amazing customer service! I have to say, the communication from this company is stellar; they were very proactive; sending emails with order status updates, sending literature before I received the adapter, so that I could familiarize myself and be ready to install when it arrived. Unfortunately I don't have a compatible modem/router. (Most are compatible and can be tweaked, but I happened to have the one that wasn't.) Their tech support was brilliant, offering a couple of solutions, but I ended up returning the adapter. The customer service reps were very helpful with the return process as well. I will definitely reorder from Voiply when we're ready to get a compatible modem.

Yes, we still have a landline telephone. Voiply has been an excellent provider for years. The system works smoothly, including voicemail. If I ever have a question they respond very quickly. I had a problem with the phone system. No messages and no dial tone. Got in touch with Voiply and they worked with me to get the system up and running. They worked with me to reset the box a couple of times and we had the system up and running shortly after that. I travel a lot around the world and it is very important for me to stay connected with my clients.
