The Voiply customer service was very helpful and fast!! I read a lot of criticism on the Better Business Bureau website and thought that Voiply wasn't no good, but I told them my problem and they fixed it right away!!

After almost five years of trouble-free service, my Voiply connection failed. I visited the website and chatted with a robot, who instructed me to check all my wire connections. I thought, That's what they all tell you, and it never solves the problem." The robot connected me with a live agent who told me to check all my wire connections. She was more insistent than the robot and eventually determined that the connection to my modem was faulty. I connected the cable to a different port, and the system was restored. The moral of the story....Listen to your agent. She knows more than you do and is there to help you.

I was with another voip company for a few years. It was a disaster. I finally found VOIPLY and signed on. After being with VOIPLY for more than two years, I am thrilled to say that it is wonderful to speak to a human for great customer service. I get international calling free to most countries as well. They have great plans to suit everyone.

I transferred to Voiply services on October 6, 2025, and regret not doing this sooner. I cannot tell any difference in the quality of the voice, communication, and services compared to the previous provider I had, all this at a fraction of the cost. Highly recommended.

I had a problem getting text messages and voicemails. As soon as I contacted them, they responded immediately and after a short period of time, everything was working.

I went through a handful of VoiP providers. They had the easiest website to maneuver. I recommend Voiply highly. Quick setup and it worked flawlessly in less than a few minutes.

We tried Voiply because the prices were very competitive. But the customer support is why I am leaving this review. Our rotary dial phone needed a little extra configuration so the older technology worked with the adaptor. Customer support was immediately responsive and persistent until a resolution (and a working rotary phone!) was achieved. I appreciated how Voiply didn't shy away from supporting a niche request.
