Its a plug and play set up but I ran into some issues but Voiply's customer service is easy to access and they worked fast and hard to get me up and running. I kept my landline number because my mom doesn't know how to use a cellphone. But landline was costing me to much to keep. So found Voiply for home and its a great bargain. All I needed was my internet connection the Voiply dongle and my mom's cordless phone. Whats even cooler is we have voice mail and I get notifications on my cellphone when we have messages.

Its a plug and play set up but I ran into some issues but Voiply's customer service is easy to access and they worked fast and hard to get me up and running. I kept my landline number because my mom doesn't know how to use a cellphone. But landline was costing me to much to keep. So found Voiply for home and its a great bargain. I thought, That's what they all tell you, and it never solves the problem." The robot connected me with a live agent who told me to check all my wire connections. She was more insistent than the robot and eventually determined that the connection to my modem was faulty. I connected the cable to a different port, and the system was restored. The moral of the story....Listen to your agent. She knows more than you do and is there to help you.

Their annual plan averages to about $13 a month(after taxes and fees) which also includes free international calls on about 50 countries. Nobody can beat that price! I've looked at other companies and many have bad reviews from the BBB. Their protection plan costs $1.00 a month. VOIPLY is rated A+ from the BBB. I highly recommend them!
