Called on Thur. 12/18/25@ 10:05 AM about our phone ringing once and going to voice mail. They checked the things they could all was good on our end, I was told they would make a ticket for repairs. For some reason I had lost the device registration" of my home Voiply phone system. I contacted their customer care service number and was connected to their AI support. It worked amazingly well, and the AI bot, whose name was Jack, answered every question I asked it as if I talking to a real person. After making sure all the interconnections where properly connected and working, it tried several times re-register my device. It was unsuccessful and realized that I needed a real "customer care technician" to help correct the problem.

Voiply was able to port verizon home phone to the voip connector to my router. It took awhile to get it away from verizon but as of today it is done, and it costs about $13.79 per month, paid annually. That is a great price for a home phone.
