I changed internet providers to T-MOBILE and was sent a 5G Gateway router. I read that there were issues because it has to be configured to Voiply.On two occasions I could not receive or call out with Voiply and had to use my cell phone. I contacted customer service and they fixed the issue and told me what to do if it happens again on my end and if that doesn't work call customer support. They were easy to work with for someone that's a senior and not computer savvy.

I was tired of paying over 25.00 a month for my landline, after doing an online search I came across Voiply for 9.98 a month and decided to give them a try. For those considering VOIPLY, let me tell you this has been a great change from my previous VOIP service. The clarity has improved ten fold and so far haven’t had any issues with VOIPLY. THE $8.95 charge is somewhat misleading because it does not include other taxes and fee charges which amounts to a total of around $16per month which is still very reasonable compared to cell phone plans and even more on land line charges. I would definitely recommend VOIPLY as your home phone plan.

I have had Voiply for the past 3 years and their service is amazing. The quality of the calls are clear. The customer service reps are so helpful. Their annual plan averages to about $13 a month(after taxes and fees) which also includes free international calls on about 50 countries. Nobody can beat that price! I've looked at other companies and many have bad reviews from the BBB. Their protection plan costs $1.00 a month. VOIPLY is rated A+ from the BBB. I highly recommend them!

One could not ask for a better voip then Voiply. I have been a customer for many years and never experienced any issues at all, until this this year between Christmas and New Years. I was not receiving incoming calls and called for assistance. One would think, and most likely expect that during this time of the season help would not be forth coming. WRONG. The tech help desk solved the issue on the call back on a day between Christmas and New Years. Solved the issue, called in on the line, left a message and life was good again. Voiply takes problems seriously and solves them as soon as possible. One GREAT company with customer service in mind. And as a bonus their plans are very affordable and reasonable.

I had a problem with the phone system. No messages and no dial tone. Got in touch with Voiply and they worked with me to get the system up and running. They worked with me to reset the box a couple of times and we had the system up and running shortly after that.
