Very easy to set up. The support team responds promptly. Answers provided the same day. Great value.

The switch to Voiply was seamless, fast, and easy. Voiply notified our previous carrier and notified us when the phone number was switched. The start up was amazingly simple and easy. We have two phone hubs on our home phone system, with a total of eight satellite phones. The sound clarity is excellent on all eight, and the system is working flawlessly. This was a great experience, and Voiply is a real value.

I switched carriers but wanted to keep a "stand-alone" phone. Voiply sent me the hardware, and as soon as I plugged it in my "landline" phone started working. I didn't even have to call my old carrier and get a Transfer PIN. Voiply was so easy to install and set up.

One could not ask for a better voip then Voiply. I have been a customer for many years and never experienced any issues at all, until this this year between Christmas and New Years. I was not receiving incoming calls and called for assistance. One would think, and most likely expect that during this time of the season help would not be forth coming. WRONG. The tech help desk solved the issue on the call back on a day between Christmas and New Years. Solved the issue, called in on the line, left a message and life was good again. Voiply takes problems seriously and solves them as soon as possible. One GREAT company with customer service in mind. And as a bonus their plans are very affordable and reasonable.

For those considering VOIPLY, let me tell you this has been a great change from my previous VOIP service. The clarity has improved ten fold and so far haven’t had any issues with VOIPLY. THE $8.95 charge is somewhat misleading because it does not include other taxes and fee charges which amounts to a total of around $16per month which is still very reasonable compared to cell phone plans and even more on land line charges. I would definitely recommend VOIPLY as your home phone plan.

The first time I needed customer service and reached out to them, they were there for me. Very professional, courteous and determined to resolve my issue(s). Timely responses and great follow through. They have since fixed the problem on their end (not all problems are Voiply's fault). And all this for an incredible, low monthly fee. Called on Thur. 12/18/25@ 10:05 AM about our phone ringing once and going to voice mail. They checked the things they could all was good on our end, I was told they would make a ticket for repairs. At appox. 6:00 that evening we received a call from VOIPLY matter was all fixed and verifying problem was fixed. we are very happy with VOIPLY

I am impressed with VOIPLY so far, particularly with their support of a novice like me in porting my old cellphone number into our VOIP service. I gather some people at Voiply wear several hats, which is typical in a startup company. I hope Voiply can latch onto some other useful services to help grow the organization.
