The transaction was simple, and the shipping was quick. (I purchased the home phone option.) It paired with a handheld cordless phone that we had with no problem. I had a question about set up, and although the phone number was not as helpful as I had hoped, the customer service via email was quick and responsive. The line works great! I had a problem with the phone system. No messages and no dial tone. Got in touch with Voiply and they worked with me to get the system up and running. They worked with me to reset the box a couple of times and we had the system up and running shortly after that. The people that helped took their time and helped me to find how to adapter running again. Thanks for the help.

i decided to replace my land line and purchased a VoIP system from Voiply. I paid for one year and received two months free. This saved me 165.00 over my old plan. We used Voiply service for many years with trouble free service. When it came time to cancel our service (just don’t use the land line anymore) they made this very simple to do. If we ever need a landline again we will definitely be back!

I learned voiply from a chatbot recommendation when looking for a cheap solution to park my old number. the customer support team is very helpful! After port the number over, I originally have difficulty to setup the voicemail and the SMS to Email didn't work. The team followed up with my case responsively. They tried several times and eventually made both work, without me fiddling with the settings I can find on the website. so far everything works as I expected and the SMS to Email super fast once it works! it's like I still using the number on my phone now!
