I signed up for Voiply's Park Your Number service, as I no longer needed a home landline and found myself inundated with spam calls that were constantly disrupting me when I was working from home. I really wanted to keep my phone number as it I have had it for decades and there is no way I could remember all of the places that I have listed it as my main contact number, so this was a great solution to not severe that history but still provide me a break from these incessant solicitation calls... Now I am able to get email notifications when people leave messages so I can easily review them when it is convenient for me. I can also log in to my Voiply account and review a full log of calls, see which ones left or didn't leave messages. It is a joy to see the tally of calls (most of which were of no interest to me!) and to appreciate the amount of disruptions that have now been avoided. That alone is worth the very small price for the service. I only wish I had found out about this sooner. Bravo Voiply, bravo!

I'm so excited to have a landline home phone once again. This is the best and easiest way to reach me as I have a large house and I can put phones in everyroom if I want. I cannot carry a cellphone around my hip all day so never hear a call from it. The price is so perfect for my low income status. I actually received this earlier than expected. The instructions were so simple to connect to and have my phone working in minutes. Yes, even I, a elderly woman, could do this without having help from anyone. Yes I am so delighted to have found VOIPLY . Thanks again and look forward to many years together.

Voiply people and even their BOT have been very helpful. I've had the phone equipment since March 2025 but I hadn't tried to set it up until tonight. I had to wait to get a call back, but once the call came through, a wonderful agent named Blest helped me understand how to complete the process. Thank you!

Voiply does have an A+ BBB rating. Just set it all up, was some issues with getting started, but contacted them. Initial communication was easily done through what seemed to be AI generated. Info was sent to a technician who fixed all my issues within the hour. I did not have to stay on the phone while the tech was doing their fix. Once everything was working, the tech sent me an email of his work and asked if all was good. I was able to reply, which is usually not an option to other businesses. Voiply seems to work great. Many features to learn along the way. I hope this will be a long friendship for us. I 100% would recommend this to everyone. The price is right. Just be patient for the initial set up, they are there to help, even with transferring your phone number for free, which many businesses are charging you for.

THE $8.95 charge is somewhat misleading because it does not include other taxes and fee charges which amounts to a total of around $16per month which is still very reasonable compared to cell phone plans and even more on land line charges. They are great company in that they try very hard but they still have some things to learn like when a customer ask for an instruction manual so they would know how to use the mobile app and the portal and all the other stuff the phone the system over 9 times and I still have not gotten the owners manual or any way to figure it out on my own. I finally used the portal instead of the mobile app today and it was like a miracle. It changed everything. I thought I was dumb or my phone was broken because nothing was working very well on the mobile app. When I got over to the portal everything worked fantastically. Voiply is fantastic. I was paying $10 a month with Xfinity and $240 on top of that to have TV service and a landline or VoIP. So you offer the phone for like $16 and all the other companies wanted $40 for a phone. So you guys are about the best deal in the market. It took a while to get the phone to work properly because it was getting ported over and so forth but I understand that. And then once it was working it's been fantastic I really love it. I got rid of Xfinity and I gained a good partner in voiply! I'm still loving the voiply service. I request today owners manual and they sent it to me right away. My new puppy loves it too!
