I was tired of paying over 25.00 a month for my landline, after doing an online search I came across Voiply for 9.98 a month and decided to give them a try. I was pleasantly surprised at the customer service the adapter shipped out of Pittsburgh and arrived in 5 days. It took me 10 minutes to be up and running and everything was extremely easy! The latest restart was very easy especially now that Voiply has added an AI layer to their chat and overall system. When I've needed an agent they have been available and very helpful. We switched to Voiply and could not be happier. The phone works great, easy to set up and great service. We did have one technical issue at first (Caller ID was not working), Voiply worked with us and got it fixed. Would highly recommend, and they are much cheaper than the cable service we were using.

All I can say is it was SEAMLESS! I had no idea this service even existed until my son shared it with me. I’ve had my number for 45 years and didn’t want to lose it but had to ask if it was cost effective. This made my answer easy…NO it wasn’t until I parked it with VOIPLY. I'm so excited to have a landline home phone once again. This is the best and easiest way to reach me as I have a large house and I can put phones in everyroom if I want. I cannot carry a cellphone around my hip all day so never hear a call from it. The price is so perfect for my low income status. I actually received this earlier than expected. The instructions were so simple to connect to and have my phone working in minutes. Yes, even I, a elderly woman, could do this without having help from anyone. The switch to Voiply was seamless, fast, and easy. Voiply notified our previous carrier and notified us when the phone number was switched. The start up was amazingly simple and easy. We have two phone hubs on our home phone system, with a total of eight satellite phones. The sound clarity is excellent on all eight, and the system is working flawlessly.
