If I lose power will I still be able to make phone calls?

No, in most cases you will not be able to connect calls if there's a power outage. Our cloud-based system works over the internet. During a power outage, your router will not be able to function — which means there will be no internet access. The only exception to this is if you have a backup power source that could power the router (and therefore maintain your internet connection).

What is Free Number Porting?

This means you can bring your old phone numbers for free with you when you switch to Voiply. We do not charge any fees for switching your number to us.

Setup only requires internet (modem/router) and about 5 minutes of your time! Our phones are plug and play right out of the box, which means you can start making and taking calls in record time!

Can I get a trial of your phone system?

Yes, we have a hassle free return policy within 30 days after delivery of your order. You will receive a refund on the monthly service charges and taxes. No refund will be provided for shipping costs or international charges.

Do I have 911 services?

For emergency calls, Voiply provides the Enhanced 911 feature which allows emergency call operators to know the address and number you're calling from. However, you will need to keep your address and phone number records updated in our systems.

Do I need to sign a contract?

At Voiply, we don't have contracts. Choose our monthly or pre-pay annual plan for 20% savings.

Can I keep my current phone and number with Voiply?

Typically there should be no issue when using your existing phone number. Please chat with us with any questions.

Can I choose my own phone number?

Yes. When you sign up, you will be able to select from any of the numbers we have available.

Is internet included with your cloud communication system?

No, we do not provide internet services as a part of our plans. If you currently have your own ISP (Internet Service Provider), and you would have no problems with speed or reliability. We can get you set up right away.

Does my computer need to be on for me to make a call?

No, only if you are using our app only to connect calls. Otherwise, your computer does not need to be on. You can connect calls as long as you have internet access and a VoIP-enabled phone or smartphone.

What is Voicemail to Email?

Whenever you get a voicemail recording, this will be converted digitally into a .wav file and then automatically sent to your email address. This acts as both a reminder and a convenient digital format that you can save for later. It also means you can directly listen to voicemail messages from your computer.

How many calls I can make at a time?

If you’re getting your current number ported over, and after you connected the color coded wires, only 3 no big deal and you try to make a call and can’t don’t panic and think you made a mistake by switching don’t, it only takes a few days to get it running and what’s cool it rings also on your cell phone. Voiply does have an A+ BBB rating. Just set it all up, was some issues with getting started, but contacted them. Initial communication was easily done through what seemed to be AI generated. Info was sent to a technician who fixed all my issues within the hour. I did not have to stay on the phone while the tech was doing their fix. Once everything was working, the tech sent me an email of his work and asked if all was good. I was able to reply, which is usually not an option to other businesses. Voiply seems to work great. Many features to learn along the way. I hope this will be a long friendship for us. I 100% would recommend this to everyone. The price is right. Just be patient for the initial set up, they are there to help, even with transferring your phone number for free, which many businesses are charging you for.

One could not ask for a better voip then Voiply. I have been a customer for many years and never experienced any issues at all, until this this year between Christmas and New Years. I was not receiving incoming calls and called for assistance. One would think, and most likely expect that during this time of the season help would not be forth coming. WRONG. The tech help desk solved the issue on the call back on a day between Christmas and New Years. Solved the issue, called in on the line, left a message and life was good again. Voiply takes problems seriously and solves them as soon as possible. One GREAT company with customer service in mind. And as a bonus their plans are very affordable and reasonable.

I signed up for Voiply's Park Your Number service, as I no longer needed a home landline and found myself inundated with spam calls that were constantly disrupting me when I was working from home. I really wanted to keep my phone number as it I have had it for decades and there is no way I could remember all of the places that I have listed it as my main contact number, so this was a great solution to not severe that history but still provide me a break from these incessant solicitation calls... Now I am able to get email notifications when people leave messages so I can easily review them when it is convenient for me. I can also log in to my Voiply account and review a full log of calls, see which ones left or didn't leave messages. It is a joy to see the tally of calls (most of which were of no interest to me!) and to appreciate the amount of disruptions that have now been avoided. That alone is worth the very small price for the service. I only wish I had found out about this sooner. Bravo Voiply, bravo!
