If I lose power will I still be able to make phone calls?

No, in most cases you will not be able to connect calls if there's a power outage. Our cloud-based system works over the internet. During a power outage, your router will not be able to function — which means there will be no internet access. The only exception to this is if you have a backup power source that could power the router (and therefore maintain your internet connection).

What is Free Number Porting?

This means you can bring your old phone numbers for free with you when you switch to Voiply. We do not charge any fees for switching your number to us.

Can I get a trial of your phone system?

Yes, we have a hassle free return policy within 30 days after delivery of your order. You will receive a refund on the monthly service charges and taxes. No refund will be provided for shipping costs or international charges.

Do I have 911 services?

For emergency calls, Voiply provides the Enhanced 911 feature which allows emergency call operators to know the address and number you're calling from. However, you will need to keep your address and phone number records updated in our systems.

Do I need to sign a contract?

At Voiply, we don't have contracts. Choose our monthly or pre-pay annual plan for 20% savings.

Can I keep my current phone and number with Voiply?

Typically there should be no issue when using your existing phone number. Please chat with us with any questions.

Can I choose my own phone number?

What is Voicemail to Email?

Whenever you get a voicemail recording, this will be converted digitally into a .wav file and then automatically sent to your email address. This acts as both a reminder and a convenient digital format that you can save for later. It also means you can directly listen to voicemail messages from your computer.

Due to my absence for 5 months, I had discontinued my internet service with another provider. To my surprise, voicemail was still working during this time and I was immediately notified via email whenever a call came in. The messages that were left showed up in detail which I appreciated. Upon reactivation of the modem for internet with that other provider, I had an issue with the phone connection. I contacted Voiply which fixed the problem within a relatively short time. I am very satisfied with the service that I received.

I had a problem with the phone system. No messages and no dial tone. Got in touch with Voiply and they worked with me to get the system up and running. They worked with me to reset the box a couple of times and we had the system up and running shortly after that. They are great company in that they try very hard but they still have some things to learn like when a customer ask for an instruction manual so they would know how to use the mobile app and the portal and all the other stuff the phone the system over 9 times and I still have not gotten the owners manual or any way to figure it out on my own. I finally used the portal instead of the mobile app today and it was like a miracle. It changed everything. I thought I was dumb or my phone was broken because nothing was working very well on the mobile app. When I got over to the portal everything worked fantastically. Voiply is fantastic. I was paying $10 a month with Xfinity and $240 on top of that to have TV service and a landline or VoIP. So you offer the phone for like $16 and all the other companies wanted $40 for a phone. So you guys are about the best deal in the market. It took a while to get the phone to work properly because it was getting ported over and so forth but I understand that. And then once it was working it's been fantastic I really love it. I got rid of Xfinity and I gained a good partner in voiply! I'm still loving the voiply service. I request today owners manual and they sent it to me right away. My new puppy loves it too!

For those considering VOIPLY, let me tell you this has been a great change from my previous VOIP service. The clarity has improved ten fold and so far haven’t had any issues with VOIPLY. THE $8.95 charge is somewhat misleading because it does not include other taxes and fee charges which amounts to a total of around $16per month which is still very reasonable compared to cell phone plans and even more on land line charges. I would definitely recommend VOIPLY as your home phone plan.

I signed up for Voiply's Park Your Number service, as I no longer needed a home landline and found myself inundated with spam calls that were constantly disrupting me when I was working from home. I really wanted to keep my phone number as it I have had it for decades and there is no way I could remember all of the places that I have listed it as my main contact number, so this was a great solution to not severe that history but still provide me a break from these incessant solicitation calls... Now I am able to get email notifications when people leave messages so I can easily review them when it is convenient for me. I can also log in to my Voiply account and review a full log of calls, see which ones left or didn't leave messages. It is a joy to see the tally of calls (most of which were of no interest to me!) and to appreciate the amount of disruptions that have now been avoided. That alone is worth the very small price for the service. I only wish I had found out about this sooner. Bravo Voiply, bravo!
