I travel a lot around the world and it is very important for me to stay connected with my clients. Since the budget as well as the quality was important to me, I tried different services and always came back disappointed one way or the other. One service would not work if I turned my phone's screen off, another would connect the incoming call very sporadically. And even the Voice Mailbox was not that great. Now with Voiply, not only I get all that, but also the price is very reasonable. I get in/out bound calls very clearly and easily, I receive SMS texts, and have a great VM. I love it.

Its a plug and play set up but I ran into some issues but Voiply's customer service is easy to access and they worked fast and hard to get me up and running. I kept my landline number because my mom doesn't know how to use a cellphone. But landline was costing me to much to keep. So found Voiply for home and its a great bargain. All I needed was my internet connection the Voiply dongle and my mom's cordless phone. Whats even cooler is we have voice mail and I get notifications on my cellphone when we have messages.

Dealing with Voiply was quite refreshing. Their customer service team, including AI, was fast and helpful. The equipment needed to use Voiply arrived the next day. After installing it, I sent a note saying that it had arrived and received a confirmation back promptly. My husband and I are impressed with Voiply and only wish that we had found them sooner!

I had an issue with my Caller ID and contacted Voiply Customer Service phone number. To my surprise, the wait time was less than a minute and the customer service rep understood my concern. The customer service rep contacted the help desk support team and my issue was fixed. I received a call back from the customer service rep to verify the problem was corrected.

I have used Voiply for several years. Excellent company and incredible customer service. Great value. I especially like that it keeps a log of my calls and love the fax feature. I was able to keep my phone & fax number. Very happy with this service. Thank you!!!

We have cut the cord with Xfinity’s ever raising prices for over 6 months now by using Voiply phone system. It was VERY easy to set up and works fine. We had an issue with not showing caller ID after 6 months and it was resolved within a day. I will definitely continue to extend our membership beyond the 1 year that we initially signed up.

Voiply is a very professional, very organized Voip provider. My former provider was suddenly going out of business and Voiply handling the transfer from the prior business to Voiply seamlessly, quickly and answered all my questions. And here is a bonus, their Chat Box to answer questions works perfectly, accurately and even updated information on the form to port my phone number when I realized I made an mistake on the form. Wow, a Chat Box that works!!!!

I had a problem with the phone system. No messages and no dial tone. Got in touch with Voiply and they worked with me to get the system up and running.
They worked with me to reset the box a couple of times and we had the system up and running shortly after that.
The people that helped took their time and helped me to find how to adapter running again.
