When we first started using Voiply our phone worked from 7 AM until 6 PM weekdays. It didn't work after 6 and on weekends. I put in a call to the support center, and after playing tag for a day and a half I received an e-mail from the Customer Support group. It was something that they have not seen before. After a couple of days and constant updates and request for information they were able to fix my problem. Now my phone works correctly. Throughout the entire ordeal the Customer Support Team made me feel that I was improtant to them, and kept me updated. I appreciated the way they handled my problem, and worked hard to correct it.

Yes, we still have a landline telephone. Voiply has been an excellent provider for years. The system works smoothly, including voicemail. If I ever have a question they respond very quickly. I always feel that I am chatting with a real person, not some AI-generated bot. The price is very reasonable and I recommend them highly.

I want to tell all these people who is looking for a good VoIP phone service to check Voiply. I was looking at a lot of services, and I found this phone service due to what they had to offer. I went with service and placed my service order with them. Everything what is on their site is true. I had to take care of some issues with my internet service and had to cancel the service. I got in contact with them and asked to have the service canceled. Botton line there was no problem at all. They were very fast to respond back and took care of it and also was emailing every step of the way on the cancelation and refund. The big thing is what I liked about this service company they never gave me a song and dance to why or give any pressure trying to keep me. Other company want your whole profile and then they press you to connect with them. I would recommend this service company for the customer satisfaction they provide. You can read some feedback about problem when it comes time to cancel a service, but from what i went thought this company they are NOT that type. I'm saying this from the experience I had. I will for sure go with this phone service company once all the issues I'm dealing with gets fixed. You can decide for yourself and at least give they a try. JERRY......

I'm ecstatic to have found Voiply for my business phone service. I tried a couple of other services and was so dissatisfied I cancelled and started my search anew. I followed the trail of positive reviews straight to Voiply! Account creation and setup was a breeze, and I was ready to start taking calls in less than 20 minutes. I had a problem (that I created) with my payment and the billing department straightened everything out in just a few minutes. They were very responsive and great to work with!! I would wholeheartedly recommend Voiply to anyone and everyone that needs a home phone.

The transaction was simple, and the shipping was quick. (I purchased the home phone option.) It paired with a handheld cordless phone that we had with no problem. I had a question about set up, and although the phone number was not as helpful as I had hoped, the customer service via email was quick and responsive. The line works great! We realized our house phone was not working and I e-mailed Voiply. They replied promptly, created a ticket # for us and began work on their end. Seems our adapter was off line so they gave me instructions on what to do. I followed their directions and we were back in service. Nice and easy--thank you.

Voiply was great to deal with and explained their services and equipment very well. I look forward to getting their adapter and using their system. Great price for phone service.

I have had Voiplyservice for almost 2 years. I’ve had a few minor problems with them but they all have been resolved within an hour. All technicians are helpful, polite and very knowledgeable.
