I had moved from a previous VoIP service provider. I was concerned that the services wouldn't be as "good". I'm supper happy that I was wrong. Service has been very good, Support is have very helpful and feature and updates of the service are still coming. With other provider that I have 15 years. Nothing changed price keep going up. I'm so glad I made the change.

The automated system was helpful. It asked me the same thing too many times which was annoying but got the job done.

I spent nearly a year to find a decent service to transfer my Skype number. After much research I found VIOPLY and decided to port and park the number for the time being. The price is extremely good, settings are simple, porting is well supported. The AI assistant is quite useful and will transfer you to human support quickly when needed. Human support options offer chat, email, and phone so it is extremely convenient, and the chat support I received was excellent. My skype number porting is still in process but assuming all goes well this is a very useful and economical service with a variety of free and add-on services easy to choose from. Highly recommend. Quick update, my port completed after a second day with some quick support. Very pleased I can cost effectively keep my long-time Skype number.

Problems with initial settings weren't transparent but a combo of Voiply AI & Voiply tech assistance got everything working within a couple of hours. Thanks Voiply!!

I've been using this service for about a year now. It was so easy to set up and I was paying about $60 a month with at&t. Its so nice to pay per year Instead of a monthly bill that was outrageous. The customer service is top notch and it can be handled through email. They reply the next day or sooner and if there is an issue they quickly resolve it.

I found Voiply via a Google search for low cost VOIP service providers. I wanted to switch from a current more expensive provider that never responds to calls or emails. After reviewing the websites of the various providers, I decided to give Voiply a call. The first thing that I was impressed by was how quickly they answer the phone. They answered all my questions, so I signed up easily from their website. The app is very intuitive and I was up and running in minutes. I had one small provisioning issue and I entered a ticket on the web. Within an hour or two, the issue was resolved with follow up text messages, emails and a call from tech support. It doesn't get any better than that. You guys knocked it out of the park! Keep it up Voiply family :)
