We realized our house phone was not working and I e-mailed Voiply. They replied promptly, created a ticket # for us and began work on their end. Seems our adapter was off line so they gave me instructions on what to do. I followed their directions and we were back in service. Nice and easy--thank you.

For some reason I had lost the device registration" of my home Voiply phone system. I contacted their customer care service number and was connected to their AI support. It worked amazingly well, and the AI bot, whose name was Jack, answered every question I asked it as if I talking to a real person. After making sure all the interconnections where properly connected and working, it tried several times re-register my device. It was unsuccessful and realized that I needed a real "customer care technician" to help correct the problem.

Easy ordering and the process to install is so simple. To port your phone number was fast. I would recommend you try it out. 5 star setvice.

Voiply is a very professional, very organized Voip provider. My former provider was suddenly going out of business and Voiply handling the transfer from the prior business to Voiply seamlessly, quickly and answered all my questions. And here is a bonus, their Chat Box to answer questions works perfectly, accurately and even updated information on the form to port my phone number when I realized I made an mistake on the form. Wow, a Chat Box that works!!!!

I was tired of the high cost of my home phone with my internet provider so I found Voiply on line. Their crack team of agents seamlessly transferred my phone number and service to Voiply. If you’re getting your current number ported over, and after you connected the color coded wires, only 3 no big deal and you try to make a call and can’t don’t panic and think you made a mistake by switching don’t, it only takes a few days to get it running and what’s cool it rings also on your cell phone. I appreciate the time and attention that I received from the Voiply tech support agents when I was trying to resolve an issue with my adaptor. Mike walked me through a process to restore my service via the website chat and email. When neither of these methods was successful, Ana called me on my mobile phone and walked me through the process. Many thanks to their dedication in helping to resolve this issue.

The transaction was simple, and the shipping was quick. (I purchased the home phone option.) It paired with a handheld cordless phone that we had with no problem. I had a question about set up, and although the phone number was not as helpful as I had hoped, the customer service via email was quick and responsive. The line works great!
