I'm ecstatic to have found Voiply for my business phone service. I tried a couple of other services and was so dissatisfied I cancelled and started my search anew. I am impressed with VOIPLY so far, particularly with their support of a novice like me in porting my old cellphone number into our VOIP service. I've been very happy with Voiply. I've had to use the service twice now and it has been very easy to start, stop, and then start again. The latest restart was very easy especially now that Voiply has added an AI layer to their chat and overall system. When I've needed an agent they have been available and very helpful. When it came time to port the number, I had clear updates and I had a date. On the morning of the date, the number switched and I was live. It was so smooth, it was like nothing even changed. I'm so thrilled that I found Voiply, I highly recommend this service and this business.

I learned voiply from a chatbot recommendation when looking for a cheap solution to park my old number. the customer support team is very helpful! After port the number over, I originally have difficulty to setup the voicemail and the SMS to Email didn't work. The team followed up with my case responsively. They tried several times and eventually made both work, without me fiddling with the settings I can find on the website. so far everything works as I expected and the SMS to Email super fast once it works! it's like I still using the number on my phone now!

I had an issue with my Caller ID and contacted Voiply Customer Service phone number. To my surprise, the wait time was less than a minute and the customer service rep understood my concern. The customer service rep contacted the help desk support team and my issue was fixed. I received a call back from the customer service rep to verify the problem was corrected.

Also, their KYC (Know Your Customer) process adds a layer of professionalism that shows they take security and compliance seriously—great if you’re working with sensitive client info.
