I spent nearly a year to find a decent service to transfer my Skype number. After much research I found VIOPLY and decided to port and park the number for the time being. The price is extremely good, settings are simple, porting is well supported. The AI assistant is quite useful and will transfer you to human support quickly when needed. Human support options offer chat, email, and phone so it is extremely convenient, and the chat support I received was excellent. My skype number porting is still in process but assuming all goes well this is a very useful and economical service with a variety of free and add-on services easy to choose from. Highly recommend. Quick update, my port completed after a second day with some quick support. Very pleased I can cost effectively keep my long-time Skype number.

Due to my absence for 5 months, I had discontinued my internet service with another provider. To my surprise, voicemail was still working during this time and I was immediately notified via email whenever a call came in. The messages that were left showed up in detail which I appreciated. Upon reactivation of the modem for internet with that other provider, I had an issue with the phone connection. I contacted Voiply which fixed the problem within a relatively short time. I am very satisfied with the service that I received.

This was the easiest transition of a phone service ever! Everything transferred right on time, received the voiply box within days, plugged it in and done! No more monthly bill from a phone company. I wish I would have known about this service years ago.

i decided to replace my land line and purchased a VoIP system from Voiply. I paid for one year and received two months free. This saved me 165.00 over my old plan. The transaction was simple, and the shipping was quick. (I purchased the home phone option.) It paired with a handheld cordless phone that we had with no problem. I had a question about set up, and although the phone number was not as helpful as I had hoped, the customer service via email was quick and responsive. The line works great!
