I found Voiply via a Google search for low cost VOIP service providers. I wanted to switch from a current more expensive provider that never responds to calls or emails. After reviewing the websites of the various providers, I decided to give Voiply a call. The first thing that I was impressed by was how quickly they answer the phone. They answered all my questions, so I signed up easily from their website. The app is very intuitive and I was up and running in minutes. I had one small provisioning issue and I entered a ticket on the web. Within an hour or two, the issue was resolved with follow up text messages, emails and a call from tech support. for quite a while I was dropping calls and there was a lot of static. Also I go on my email and there are messages that were not on my machine and can not get them- apart from these intermitant problems I have had for about 6 or 7 years - mostly good- Better than Spectrum

I learned voiply from a chatbot recommendation when looking for a cheap solution to park my old number. the customer support team is very helpful! After port the number over, I originally have difficulty to setup the voicemail and the SMS to Email didn't work. The team followed up with my case responsively. They tried several times and eventually made both work, without me fiddling with the settings I can find on the website. so far everything works as I expected and the SMS to Email super fast once it works! it's like I still using the number on my phone now!

I signed up for Voiply's Park Your Number service, as I no longer needed a home landline and found myself inundated with spam calls that were constantly disrupting me when I was working from home. I really wanted to keep my phone number as it I have had it for decades and there is no way I could remember all of the places that I have listed it as my main contact number, so this was a great solution to not severe that history but still provide me a break from these incessant solicitation calls... Now I am able to get email notifications when people leave messages so I can easily review them when it is convenient for me. I can also log in to my Voiply account and review a full log of calls, see which ones left or didn't leave messages. It is a joy to see the tally of calls (most of which were of no interest to me!) and to appreciate the amount of disruptions that have now been avoided. That alone is worth the very small price for the service. I only wish I had found out about this sooner. Bravo Voiply, bravo!
